Terms of Service

These terms apply to your purchase and use of the Bhadra prompts and skills pack, sold by SANGAM IT Solutions, Bangalore, India.
What you are buying
A one-time purchase of ₹499 (for buyers in India) or US$8.99 (for buyers elsewhere) for a digital download containing 79 security prompts and skills, delivered as a .zip file immediately after successful payment. There is no subscription, no recurring charge and no physical delivery. We do not email invoices or payment receipts; your payment confirmation comes from Razorpay.
Licence
You receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, single-user licence to use the prompts and skills for your own personal work or inside your own business. You may not redistribute, resell, publish, sublicense or share the files, in whole or in part, whether free or paid.
Download access
After payment you are returned to a download page carrying a signed access token that is valid for 1 hour and allows up to 10 downloads of the .zip. The file itself is served from private storage through a link that expires in 60 seconds, so the download must be started from that page. If your access expires or the download fails, email ss7985apps@gmail.com with your payment details and we will re-issue access.
Fair use of the service
Order creation and downloads are rate limited to protect the service. Automated scraping, sharing of download links, or attempts to bypass these limits may result in access being blocked without refund beyond the refund window.
Guidance, not a guarantee
The prompts and skills are guidance to help you review your own systems. They are not a security audit, a certification, or a guarantee that your application is secure. It rests with you to judge and use the prompts and skills as applicable to your situation.
No liability
By purchasing, you agree that your use of the prompts, your implementation decisions, and any consequences arising from them are solely your responsibility. Sangam IT Solutions and Bhadra do not accept responsibility or liability for any loss, damage, security issue, bug, outage, exposure, or other consequence resulting from the use of these prompts or reliance on this material.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, India.
